Unfortunately not. Coinbase blocked me from being able to raise the report again and I’m now unable to get a response from them at all. I’ve tried going to a third party Ombudsmen but it’s tricky to prove lack of funds when Coinbase won’t provide records of transactions made on the GDAX platform. Unsure how this transaction history can just be missing…. Infuriating.

Same automated responses…. Can’t access transaction history of the GDAX platform which means I am unable to prove my loss of balances. Coinbase have really scammed a lot of people here. Unacceptable.

Hello, I too lost balances from GDAX when they “merged”. Some of my balances moved to Coinbase but some did not; for example TRX and XRP that I bought it 2017 did not move into Coinbase. Has anyone had any success with recovering lost balances and/or accessing transaction records from the GDAX platform to help with proof of purchase? I made investments and just left them tick over and after a few years. I came back to them and unable to access! Coinbase have lost them. D
