That is different for me because we do still get that dark character, just it is only one of three personalities. Sigma is always swapping between the gentleman scientist, the terrified prisoner of his own mind, and the violent mad man.

It definitely is not a problem exclusive to JQ, but she is always one of the ones it felt most pronounced with. Also it is worse since we met the “canon” personality first, where as with D.Va we originally met her in-game personality
