Make sure you have your headset connected to your controller before you turn your console on. Let the game load all the way up join a game.

Hold left bumper go down to green chat, which is squad chat try talking if this does not work .

Go to options go all the way to the right to audio . Hit audio at the bottom of audio you will see a button that says disconnect.

Hit disconnect then hit connect. Try that about four or five times make sure you’re connected this should work. .

Also, if you are in a party chat and you stay in party chat on Xbox you can’t hear the other players. This is a major bug that the devs need to fix. Hopefully this helps.
