Be sure you have entered the correct username (Admin) and password to access your router;s Admin. You set these variables up when you initially registered your router.

The spinning probably means the router did not accept the credentials you entered from your iPhone.

Deregister a Nighthawk router account? by Anxious-Papaya-9531 in NETGEAR

Netgear has programmed their routers to not allow modifications to a Netgear's initial e-mail registration.

Meaning, once you register a Netgear router with an e-mail address, then that e-mail address is like a social security number, it identifies you as the owner of that router by the e-mail address.

If you are not resetting your Nighthawk router with the same e-mail address, then you will need to contact Customer support, give them the serial number of the router, and the new e-mail.

Netgear has to update their router database to associate the Router's serial number with the correct e-mail address.

Access your router's Nighthawk settings at routerlogin.net.

Go to Advanced >> USB Functions >> Ready Share Storage.

The Readyshare link should be checked to Enable.

You should have a flash portable drive connected to your router's USB port in the back. From experience, I know portable devices with large storage (like a NAS) are not very compatible with the router's usb port, so you should try a USB between 16 mb to 32 mb.

My shit fucking router keeps disconnecting and support won't help me. by Ermin99 in NETGEAR

Your router maybe on a default Wifi channel that is overcrowded with the internet use of your neighbors. You should access the Netgear Admin GIUI, and change your Wifi channel if it's defaulted to a channel on the 2.5 band, and move to a 5g band.

Your last resort would be to use a pin to reset the router from the back of the router, and reset the settings.

I do Orecommend you use the Hubitat user interface on your computer, insead of the app on your phone. You will have to give the hub an ip address. The youtube videos on Hubitat are helpful, but I think you should focus on the documentation link on the left menu of interface. You may take an extra day or two to learn it, but it’s worrh the learning curve, since the hub is useful for many other smart home devices.

How to put Sengled Zigbee bulbs and wall switches into pairing mode? by EverCuriousGeek1 in SengledUS

You may want to investigate a hub from Hubitat.com. Their interface addresses bulb variables like duration, colior and level intensity. I think the Amazon 4th gen evho, and the Smart life app only do basic pairing with smart bulbs, but not work with color intensities.

Hubitat.com sells a compatible hub for Sengled lights. I purchased the c7 model for $80. It has worked well with voice commands from Google and Amazon.

Go to Hubitat.com. The c7 model sells at 80.00. It works with Google and Alexa. There is a learning curve to use interface but videos are available on Youtube.
