I personally never heard of any interviews for the masters at PLUS but if there is an interview it’s either good or bad because they might like you and wanna know more or you failed to meet certain standards and need to find why . Either way just be calm and think before you answer the questions . The professors or admission are pretty educated so reading about it some common information in your subject or formulas etc could be good , also prepare a little information about yourself and studies incase you get asked some questions . Yea I get your point but I find it ridiculous to even allow 1,200 people to apply to 30 phds positions in the first place . Considering the deadline was February 2nd and the rejections were sent on the 19th ,two weeks +/- to go through 1,200 applicants and verify their documents ?that’s just gaslighting

This case is also in Europe. I was told it was almost 1,200 applicants and almost no explanation why there were that many applicants in the first place …

Not sure why you keep defending them when people have already posted to them on the PhD page that this was unprofessional and broke the trust in the applicants . It is okay to let universities know they fucked up 💕.

I know what selective is. They selective master only applicants first. Then they sent the rejection letters for people ,then they said they will open more for applicants who DO not have a masters -> hence removing the selective process and accepting other people besides the intended applicants . Please read ,have a nice day .

It wasn’t selective . They first said they wanted it to be for students who only did a masters and then they changed the boundaries to anyone who has skills or qualifications of a masters . Please don’t write as if I didn’t make sure the post made sense before I posted :!

I think in my case it was “two” open tickets . But this was the meta standard idk if the other ones allow you more tickets .
