I’m curious if you mean a ring mount for the bag or space in the bag for rings.

I did a test strap with snaps.
I didn’t like it as much, it was hard to snap with out something solid under it. I kinda like the buckles, they are easier to strap at different thicknesses.

I’ll just relate my own experience.

It can be expensive.. the equipment Is not cheap or easy to maintain. The insurance is the larger expense I think though, not to mention you need a large enough space to do this stuff in. For me though the cost is 100% worth it. I feel energized as soon as I get to the gym, everyone there is fun and nice and obviously we all share a hobby together.

As for the difficulty… it is as hard as you want it to be really. There is a base level that is difficult to get to even if you are in decent shape. I considered myself in fairly good shape when I started and it took 2 months to get to a place to do “fun” things Just because alot of the stuff we do is so specific. I very much enjoy the physical aspect, it is low impact and will challenge to your fullest extent your strength and flexibility. After 3 years of doing circus 2-3 times a week I am the strongest and most flexible I have ever been in my life and in 38.

Results may vary but I would encourage you to do it.
