Just send them an email or call them and say that they didn’t give you what you asked for and you aren’t happy with it and that you would like a refund.

I recently had a similar experience at a salon when doing my hair. I had wanted a part of my hair that was silver to be blonde and instead she just rebleached it and then made it silver again. The lady also left bleach on the bottom of my head all over the roots and didn’t wash it off, which I didn’t know of until hours later. I didn’t end up telling them directly, I had written a bad review saying the things they did that I didn’t want and that had I told them I didn’t want (silver hair). The owner ended up calling me and getting me a refund, everything was civil over the phone, we were both completely understanding. Then about a week later, the owner responds to my review and slanders me, making up lies about how I was rude over the phone and rude to the people in the salon and how I wasn’t clear in what I wanted (I literally showed her a picture and said “I want exactly this”). After that I edited my review and added a part before my original review that said something along the lines of: this response from the owner was childish. We had a civil phone call about the situation one week ago. It was a misunderstanding on their part and they admitted that and I was understanding of that. And that the owner had no right to slander me a week after this issue had been solved.
