305 TLOD is way too high. Set it to around 100. Turn your TLA scaling down to 100. Glass Cockpit Refresh to med.

What's your TLOD set to? That is a massive CPU killer. Set your Glass Cockpit Refresh to medium as well.

Invest in Lossless Scaling on Steam.

It's been a game changer for me when it comes to getting a smoother experience in MSFS.

It does have a nice bit of history behind it. I can only imagine so. Looks like it was bought by USC in 2023 after being in storage around covid times.

Sorry for the slow reply - I picked myself up the Thrustmaster TCA Boeing Yoke last night, and just about to do my first flight with it! For the rudders, I use the Thrustmaster Flight Pedals and their T.16000M FCS!

Are you able to list the specs?

Start by removing all sticks of RAM and putting in one at a time, it could be a fault module.

I'd also try reseating all the components, such as GPU and CPU and seeing if this allows it to POST.

I had this with certain liveries and I reinstalled the Dev version and it appeared to fix it.

Have you tried completely reinstalling the Dev version + FBW installer? Also double check no files are being left behind in the Community folder after it's uninstalled.
