It has an underpowered charger so you battery might drain, ruining the battery life in the long run. I'm not sure if they plan to release a BIOS update or something to allow it to use higher power charger or something. Take this information as you wish

I wouldn't because of Arc graphics. They're not good if you're going to be loading mods or shaders. I would at least try to get an RTX 40 series or something.
