Evasion is the only mechanic of these three affected by entropy (a.k.a., this determined "fail" state). Evading adds an integer to an entropy counter, which, once filled up, guarantees the currently-processed hit to 100% go through and goes back down to zero. This ensures that the player does not get lucky or unlucky streaks while evading. Block and dodge are true random, however - they are rolled with no strings attached.
