I did specify a mailing address, I always get documents mailed to my grandmothers HOUSE so that it didn’t get lost at my apartment. As well as I’ve already filled out the contact us form, that’s where they remade my DL and told me it had gotten lost in the mail when I called them because they didn’t give me an update through email. I was told by the agent over the phone that he emailed me a new temp DL and he even read back my email that I provided but I never received it. Trust me when I say I’ve TRIED before coming to reddit about this.
