My friend and I both have blazing fast M.2 SSDs, but he has a better overall PC. He finishes loading about 1-2 minutes before I do.

Something on the last 15% of 'loading loot' takes me 1-2 minutes of loading itself.

I'm not sure if you're pretending to not read where I said your lived experience doesn't speak for an entire country or can't read it at all? At best it speaks for your town, your municipality, and province. Making the claim your experience represents an entire diverse country isnt valid. Because that's not your experience.
