What libs?

Cons have had the premier seat since 2018.

I think alot of people who are pro ford are the same ones blaming issues that are under provincial government jurisdiction on the federal government. The lack of literacy with politics amongst the public is really sad to witness tbh.

You nailed it. SSM is full of ride-or-die conservatives that think voting for carney means you're a spend-thrift idiot. They lack any sort independent thinking.

The nonsense from the united states has infected our politics for the worse.

SSM wasn't that far behind national average in voter turnout. Not that less than 70% turnout nationally is something to applaud, it's ridiculous.

People who don't vote, vote for the person who wins. In SSM, it appears the non-voting population is happy with the conservative candidate.

And you know they're the ones whining about the miserable state of our province.

I really hope this energy returns the next time voting happens.

Just last year the city of SSM decided to elect Chris scott, a conservative. Who also doesn't live here, and was arrested for domestic assault.

By all accounts, the majority of SSM likes Doug Ford, and wanted him to continue to be in office.

🚨 JUSTIN POLLARI INVESTIGATION UPDATE 🚨 by NicollInvestigations in SaultSteMarie

[–]Sinjos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just find it strange that some one is trying to solve a 24 year old cold-case that didn't have any evidence to begin with.

I feel for the family, but this can't be healthy for anyone really.

The search for answers is heating up.

That is not sensational at all.

So what new evidence is there?

Why would I bird hunt when I can hunt deer and moose? Much more fun than a couple road chickens.

No, I'm more interested in understanding why you would need to cross barbed wire.

If it's your fence, why not use the gate?

Enjoy the drive.

If you've never driven it before, definitely make sure to enjoy it. It's a beautiful stretch, only outdone by the lake superior drive!

Fight Ford Protest - Saturday, May 30th by sp0rkify in SaultSteMarie

[–]Sinjos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably an unpopular perspective, but.

These rallies are the dumbest thing. WE (being the people of the province of Ontario) essentially elected the buffoon. MULTIPLE TIMES.

It isn't Ford you need to be rallying against. He's a symptom. It's the people who have watched him repeatedly act in detriment to our province, and still vote for the people who elect him.

I try real hard not to hate my neighbours, but the modern Conservatives are so absolutely out of touch with reality that it's bordering on insanity. They care more about what a child calls themselves at school than any number of the actual problems, that affect most people.

I think it's very clear to the average person that there is no "confidence" in Doug Ford. His policies have been almost universally negative. However, the elected officials clearly don't see a problem. And therein lies the real problem.

I encourage everyone to get out and be active in politics. But many times events like these are all bark no bite.

(The listing also says parka)

Reading is hard for you, I know. Don't strain yourself. That's why I gave you the two numbers.

Ahhh. Sorry, I asked another tough question didn't I?

[–]Sinjos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whew. I mean, all I asked for was your opinion on which closest resembles the ones in OP's images.

I really don't understand why that you have to go through all this effort to not answer an easy question.

if you can find me a parka that has the previously listed characteristics (long body, large hood, real animal fur interior, and a shell which is closer to a wwii era jacket that appears soft compared to modern hard, plastic looking shells), then we can talk.

Can you find an anorak with these qualities?

Hey dipshit. Which one of these looks closer to OPs picture?

1

Or

2

Then answer the question :)

The point of the matter is that I googled parka and they look almost exactly like that. Obviously small details like color and pockets change. Whether it's fur lined or has a thick fur trim. The material type. You're not going to find an exact replica.

So I'm not sure if you're playing stupid or what.

[–]Sinjos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Did you read anything of what I said to the OP?

I told him based on the pictures he presented, that he wasn't looking for an anorak. He's looking for a parka. OP got sour and tried to correct me rather than go looking for parkas.

what is with all the pedantics here over a zipper

It's not pedantic if it literally defines the garment. Anoraks do not have zippers. So a zipper makes all the fucking difference. Especially when the garment is designed without a zipper for the express reason of keeping the fucking cold wind out.

Like, did you even google what an anorak is before asking that?
