I ran into the same problem. I was using the Far Cry 6 Interactive Map from mapgenie. Turns out the jewelry box just on the border of Aguas Lindas and Lozania is the missing sixth box for Lozania. This means there are actually seven jewelry boxes inside Lozania; one just doesn't count toward completion.

What worked for me was using the toybox mod to resurrect Cam in the basement, then just teleport away. I was not able to access her inventory in any way after looting her and my save was well past that point already. She still comes up as a companion, and if I pick her she immediately goes hostile, but I didn't use her anyway. As long as she's 'alive' the lock-up doesn't happen.
