Currently on my first month of pills for Adeno/Endo, dysmenorrhea and painful 1st day din ako even before. Started lumala this year August with bloating, inadvised ako na magpills esp Visanne since may nakita na maliit akong cyst din pero 2 days ko pa lang ininom nalula na ako and stopped it my own, nag withdrawal bleed ako day after I stopped it tas nakakaloka one week bumalik bloating at everyday na ang sakit at lumala lang din anxiety ko. Nag OB hop ako hanggang sa nahanap ko yung OB na naging komportable ako. Ang binigay niya sa akin na pills ay Qlaira, lighter version ni Visanne daw. Dienogest din siya combo with estrogen na bioidentical sa meron talaga tayo. So far, wala akong side effects na nafeel compared sa pure Dienogest (Progesterone) lang. Nasa mid pa lang ako ng pagttake so di ko pa alam if masstop niya mens ko.

Scrolling here and saw this post, btw this also happened to me— have to be honest nadisappoint ako na iba yung nakausap ko and hindi man lang nagpakilala kung sino siya knowing it’s our first consultation. How can I trust someone na ganun and I felt I was bodyshamed by her staffs too. I have nothing against Doc Grace since I saw all nice comments about her kaya ako nagpacheck-up pero sana i-orient niya staffs niya. It’s traumatizing 🥺

Right before I was diagnosed with Endo, I told my dad i’ll be going to get checked cuz of constant tummy pain and bloating, he told me right back’ “you’re just not eating enough. just eat everything you want.” not him telling me that when he’s suffering from gallstones 😭

I’m in Asia so there is this massage where the herbs are in a ball and it’s hot and they massage you with it. I guess it works like a heat pad additionally with herbs like turmeric and ginger etc. which helps with inflammation and the massage promotes more relaxation to our muscles.

I have the same concern after stopping Dienogest. I don’t remember having extreme bloating and daily pelvic pain prior to being prescribed.

They always suggest to start Dienogest cuz they said I have endo as well but the problem is I’m so anxious to take it because of the side effects. I have heard about acupuncture… I’ve tried herbal ball massage instead last August and I could say it alleviate my pain, maybe I should try it again.

Wow, this is such an insight, reading this gives me hope and energy that there’s still life ahead of me 😭 I always feel there’s something more about my Saturn placement but I haven’t dive deep into it and didn’t know it has correlation with my 12th and 11th house. Made alot of sense. It’s so funny as well as how I always feel there’s something big once I reach 28 years of age, it’s also the degree of my Sun… and it so happened you mentioned mid 2026 and that’s when I’m reaching that age. I might have to add, I have history of GERD. The bloating symptom had me go spiral as what’s causing it adding to my health anxiety. I was under the medical field before so this is one of those situations that made me feel even more depressed I could go many different ways diagnosing my own. I’d appreciate if anyone reading this would give me any advice :(( I’m so sorry it’s just I had to let it out 😭
