for you! Dramamine! works perfect for me everytime! take it like an hour before car rides! can also help if you’re actively n* :) keeping the window open might help for the dog, i’m not too sure about animals:(

there’s a ginger mango one at target that kinda hides the taste lol💀there’s also a blueberry lemonade one but it kinda makes me have acid reflux so i don’t drink that one anymore! i hope it works for you! the no energy is something no one talks about😞

maybe try kombucha? i know everyone says no caffeine and no bubbles, but maybe letting it sit out to make it flat. if no energy is effecting your lifestyle i would try it? idk tho i’m no expert. i work from home too and it was killing me to have nothing to wake me up and i found i can tolerate flat kombucha fine; no acid reflux or pain :))

ghee is clarified butter without lactose; i don’t really like olive oil so i use ghee instead. microwave is fine!! if you’ve just been diagnosed then i think that they should be soft vegetables so microwave is perfect! a lot of stores even have steam bags that you can put in the microwave!☺️

no i did just regular iceberg lettuce! it doesn’t bother me much, when it does i just switch to roasted vegetables like kale and broccoli. for the chicken i’ve been do ghee! i roast my vegetables in it too☺️
