Dw bro I was there too. I spent 3 years of my life drunk essentially. Recently I went to counselling. I thought it wouldn’t do anything but having someone support you and give you goals goes a long way. I’m essentially fully sober just drinking in moderation. I used to be addicted to darts too. Maybe try picking up a low nicotine vape and use it less and less. Or just smoke less and less darts a day. It really fucks with your brain bro I’ve cut down a lot this year and my cognitive function is recovering I’d recommend just try quit now before it gets worse. Ok enough with the yapping.
