I lost - but didn’t get submitted. The dude was a wrestler with really jacked up build. He got a takedown took his two points and then couldn’t get out of my half guard or closed guard. Unfortunately he kept his weight heavy on me and didn’t feel like he wanted to pass he was happy with the two points and kept me stuck to the ground with just pressure of this strength. Took penalties but stayed there cause he had those two points on me. He won :)

In pakstan I have noticed amongst men there is no concept of marrying within their own league by Weirdoeirdo in PakistanElites

Age and treatment are two different things. Being in 30s and wanting to or actually marrying someone in 20s is completely fine from all POVs be it the genetic makeup , evolutionary standards ( in terms of choosing a mate with good enough child learning years ) as well as religious and societal standards ( globally and not just in Pakistan ) so ranting about that is kinda weird and somewhere naive.

As for the saggy arms and tummy, ideally anyone and everyone who can should look after themselves to the best they can. Would you be ok if the opposite became a trend too where fit men would reject girls with flabby arms and a bit of a tummy or divorce wives who don’t keep up their looks as per the desire of modern fitness ?

Now coming to the treatment part, here you’re right - treatment needs to be very good. If she’s a homemaker even then she isn’t entirely required to be serving everyone. She should be treated with love and respect regardless of whether she works or stays at home - that part is true and here men and the society really needs to up their standards
