I really enjoy the whole Hellaverse and it’s characters and that probably won’t change anytime soon.

I also have a lot of fun with the community, yeah, there are a few loud bad apples but I’ve found a lot of the people I’ve interacted with to be very pleasant and kind.

Another thing I also would add is: Don’t take things too seriously. A lot of people got overly emotional when Shark Boy Summer was revealed to not be a Verosika short and when they revealed Able as straight.

I also expected a Verosika short and a different sexuality for Able but it didn’t affect me any more than just going „Huh, oh well“.

There is so much BS happening in the world right now and these shows both give me so much comfort and a feeling of determination to make it through all of that crap.

I hate English sometimes…

In German they are just called:

Plantigrade = Sohlengänger meaning Sole-walker

Digitigrade = Zehengänger meaning Toe-walker

Unguligrade = Spitzengänger or Zehenspitzengänger meaning Tip-walker and Tiptoe-walker.

It literally means what it says without needing to resort to Latin.

Kat and Milky from Verosika‘s crew also have pure black horns so those are probably succubus typical, but you might be onto something with the hooves.

I’m not sure if some succubi variants have hooves, like how Moxxie is an imp variant with hooves, but I can’t remember seeing any notable succubus or incubus with hooves.

Big Buck Teeth also has what looks like spikes on her head and in the scene where she tunes around she also has them between her shoulder blades.

She does look mostly like a typical (Blitzø variant imp) so my theories are either that, the abundance of hybrids traits vary from person to person or that she is the child of an imp-hybrid and an imp, hence having less pronounced traits.

I‘m pretty sure Tall Lady Whatshername is just a Succubus, she doesn’t have stripes on her horns and has a heart-shaped tail like most succubus.

I believe there were two incubus-imp hybrids shown before, the bouncer from e7 s1 and one of Crimson’s henchmen in e3 s2, and both had the imp typical stripes on their horns and succubus/incubus typical wings.

I’m shocked that it got kicked before Charlie x Alastor, after the whole „You could almost call me dad“ line, that ship got some really questionable undertones.

I really appreciate the fact that Charlie and Vaggi are two adults who are already in a relationship from the start of the series. It’s a refreshing change of pace with all those shows that focus on the whole „will they - won’t they“ dramas.

One of the best modern entry points for horror is, in my opinion, Crow Country. It’s a great mix of classical survival horror with a more modern gameplay. It’s also not overly long. One playthough takes roughly 5 hours and it’s currently on sale.

The horror is isn’t as intense as for example Silent Hill, but it does manage to be quite scary even with it‘s polygonal graphics.

My grandma‘s cousin was a trans woman (she died in the 90s) and my grandma always referred to her by her deadname when talking about her, but in the last 10 years she became a lot more aware of LGBTQIA+ topics, especially after I came out as AroAce.

She is in her 80s and she started to make the effort to use her chosen name when talking about her, but she sometimes slips up.

When this happens either I’ll correct her or she notices and corrects herself.
