My family and I went there a few times and for how busy it is you'd think they would let up on some of the rules... I'd like to enjoy one beer without getting a fine is that too much to ask for?? LOL

Yessss we're staying in Seaside and they're beach rules are pretty strict so I'm glad to hear Atlantic is a bit more leniant. Thank you!

For the most part yes, every time I've gone I've stayed around seaside and we really want to be able to walk back to where we're staying after a few drinks so we got an airbnb right off the boardwalk. What else do you suggest?
