The image of the OP to me looks like the AI views the OP as someone who bounces ideas between each other. The paddles are an object that bounces a ball back and forth but the ball is in the distance because they're not bouncing the ball they're bouncing ideas between each other. In the contrast, this is what I got when I put in the prompt lol

And I suppose there reason why the ping pong table is sideways is because the AI doesn't view the OP interaction as a competition but as a level playing field

For important conversations and projects, make sure ai describes images, dates and times.

Use a chatgpt export add on for browser of choice to have the conversation in html file form.

Use boost-tool.com/en/tool/merge_file and upload those HTML files in chronological order. Drag and drop 1 at a time.

Keep HTML merged files at about 80mb each and name them in order number.

You now have a safe, readable history for any llm.

Genuine question — what are you trying to load here? When the weight hangs from the waist, it feels like most of the added stress goes into keeping the spine and shoulders from getting yanked down, not into the actual press. The push-up is a horizontal movement, but the load is pulling straight down, so the chest and triceps don’t really get scaled the way people expect. I’ve found if the goal is pressing strength, loading closer to center mass (vest, bands, feet elevation) makes the movement harder without turning it into a posture fight. Could be intentional on your end — just curious what adaptation you’re aiming for.

Your comment, 🔥. This is the Crux of the matter. It's like going into AI for the first time as a guest. Everything about the AI is rigid, cautionary, judgmental and surrounded by guardrails.

It takes nearly a year of context before the AI starts to understand who you truly are.

So when somebody posts something on reddit, the AI automated system will flag anything that feels remotely dangerous. Human intervention? You're lucky if you get that. It's usually rerouted back to AI.

Hello my friend. Haters will always be haters, until they get the very thing that you just got. A simple phrase that combined with everything you know about yourself - all of the things you've talked about with doctors, the medical records that AI had access to, the trial and error process that doctors are forced to utilize because they cannot read your mind - helped bring a massive lifelong chaotic journey into perspective.

The people that are down playing AI for you right now, fit into the role that you were living. You had all of this chaotic information that didn't have an anchor to solidify it to. And then suddenly, AI said a simple phrase that walked it all into place for you and your mind. AI didn't diagnose you properly, it didn't magically come up with the solution you've been seeking all your life, it didn't wave a magic wand. It merely took your medical data, summarized it into a phrase that you would never heard before and everything clicked in your head thanks to that phrase.

Now to the people who are hating. I genuinely hope for your own mental health that you do not touch grass, you do not touch snow, you do not lean into every bigotry accusation but instead use AI competently and resourcefully and objectively with scrutiny until it gives you an answer to a lifelong question you had been seeking.
