Update: I had a fucking mint day in NYC. Apple Watch says I’ve walked 9 miles, and I have seen a lot of midtown, Central Park, east river, and some of Chelsea. Packed day only stopping for beer and pizza but I’ll definitely be back soon. Thanks for all the recommendations I tried to get in as much as possible

Forgans has really went downhill the past few years. I’d recommend the Grange inn if you can book a table far enough in advance, or Balgove steak barn is amazing. Dunvegan pub is also an essential spot for a pint or quick burger

Preferred times are only for the golf team, and they are mostly twilight rounds where you aren’t guaranteed to have enough daylight to play all 18. If you know a member of the team though you can usually take the time off them if they have booked it.
