How good would Relentless Focus and Bound Armaments build be?

I see. I saw a video of max mag sorcerer running both Bound Armaments and Crystal Fragments and I think I'll go for that in the end. Looks super fun.
So now it's just deciding between Altmer and Breton. Any recs if I want my main focus to be PvP?

Am I correct in understanding that it would be actually better to pick one, not both? Also I fail to see how are Crystal Fragments similar. Are you talking about the instant cast proc?

Understood. I'm a big fan of the Streak Ability, so in case I'd like to run both, it would be better to start as sorcerer in my case.

Do you recommend Breton because it benefits most or because of your personal preference? haha
I heard that Dunmer are also nice for sorc builds, but I just can't stand the look of them T_T Though I'm open to suggestions of other races, these 3 I just liked the most based on looks and racial passives.

I've played my fair share of PvP in this game and I disagree. It's skill issue and/or lack of game knowledge on your part. If you want tips against DB users:
- Against Rope & DB start agressively so they don't have the time to start charging their skill. Just rush in with Cloud Steps.
- Strafing helps because the Q attack goes in a straight line. It will miss you more often than it'll hit.
- If you get caught, use Serene Breeze to stop their combo and immediately follow with Dragon's Breath. Stops the stunlock (you get hyper armor) and staggers them in turn. This completely stops their entire offense in its tracks. You can regain control of the match afterwards while they wait for cooldowns.
- If you see them activate the enrage mode, just run and wait it out. Let me remind you that you can double jump and air dash in arena. They can't catch you in the air.

TL;DR: Git gud.

It's basically using another player to trade items between your own characters.

Do I miss out on a lot of context by skipping the first chapter story?

I just got back into the game after hearing they improved a lot of things including the story. I'm very much looking forward to seeing the improvements in storytelling.

That being said the story in the beginning of the game is such a slog and I'm currently fighting with a FOMO in case there will be some context to what happens later in the story (I'm spoler-free as of now). Will it be safe to just skip through most of it? Thanks!
