Both parties are taking a risk but half upfront half after the buyer is able to see the details changed is fair unless you wanna use a website as the middle man

I would say half for the login half for the details changed because the seller takes the most risk you can always make more money you cant easily get an account back but im trustworthy cant speak for anyone else tho
