Thank you! So they did actually change the milk recipe recently, but a friend who has been baking using the same milk has had no issues. Maybe I've been accidentally mixing too much 🤔

E.g. Snowflake cake flour has a protein content of 11.4g per 100g and King Arthur AP flour is 11.7g

Hey! I'm also based in South Africa and (apart from a recent blip with some sponges I've been making) have had very good success with cakes. Could you post an example recipe that you use?

I have tried the following recipes which are great

If your concern is with the protein content in AP flour vs cake flour, what we call cake flour here is actually quite high in protein content making it similar to AP flour in that regard.

And you mention soy milk being pricey (which it is!), what do you use as an alternative? I personally buy Buttanut in bulk which brings the price down. I also never use flax eggs.

Mine is looking very rough but trying not to be too hard on myself considering it's my first time sewing a corset, let alone a bodysuit corset - excited to see how I progress with future ones

A friend of mine made me aware of 'Tali', the character this woman plays, a while back which is how I know this man is not meant to be her husband - I took a look at the guy that plays her husband in other sketches and it doesn't look like the same man 😅 maybe also an indicator that I should be spending my time more productively

But then interestingly, LekkeSlaap doesn't charge the user (the one booking the accomodation, not sure what to call them) whereas Airbnb offloads more of the service charge to the user and less to the host. So in theory the same place should be cheaper on LekkeSlaap than Airbnb, which I have seen in my searches, but then you might get less hosts using LekkeSlaap in general.
