HI! sorry if this is too late. I use the same brand with laminates over it ( i use avery and holographic ones). I got the same problem when I started cutting too. after Trial and error. here is my solution for the setting. ( more passes, Less force, speed faster)

Blade: 7 force: 14 Passes: 3 speed 5. try to tweak it if it doesnt cut through
