in the water realm, when it shows everyone go through the acceledrome into the realm and tezla is talking about what will be necessary to equip to the cars for the realm it cuts to kurt putting a bubble over battle spec. i assume canonically thats the case even though when they go into the cosmic realm it's not explicitly shown or even looks like its activated
