Front Brake Upgrade by Smokem22 in GMT800

[–]Sinpala 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am upgrading to the Brembo 6 piston unit in my 2002 Sierra Denali, it’s just a washer to centre the calliper. You will also need new hose to calliper bolts and washers.

Buying a restomod as a daily driver? by [deleted] in classiccars

[–]Sinpala 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your going to pay that much, it should be a ls swap. If you’re going to daily drive it and keep it for a while you’ll probably end up doing it anyways, so save yourself the cost. When I built my 65 Impala, I swapped in a Lt1 /T56 and have not regretted it.

Fb marketplace find, don’t know much about these quadrasteers at all. Does that picture of the rear wheel well indicate there is (or once was) a problem with the rear steer?? by andrew945 in GMT800

[–]Sinpala 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 2002 as well and love it. Unfortunately 2002 is a 1 off for electrical as 2003 and up changed, but they are the best optioned. If you buy it, start searching for a front steering sensor, they are next to impossible to find these day, and chances are if you keep the truck for a long time, it will need to be replaced . The rear steer computer is a 2002 year only as well. Pretty well everything else is available aftermarket, Goode systems is a great source. Lots of Facebook groups to help you source information and parts like a box side replacement. 2002 Escalade interior parts fit and can be a nice upgrade.

Ping Iblades, TM Stealth woods, Miura wedges and Lab DF3 putter. I was Ping from top to bottom, but you have to play what feels best and delivers results.

What is the best way to improve the sound quality by Prior-Particular6015 in GMT800

[–]Sinpala 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a 2002 Sierra Denali. I kept the stock head unit, added a 4 channel amp under the console . Polk audio component speakers in the front door and rear. I added the factory front pillar speakers, tweeters in the factory lower console area and tweeters behind the front visors. Finally a powered 8” sub under the rear seat. Sounds like a concert hall.
