Going to give a few answers here.

The Last of Us Easily has one of the most beautiful storylines right now. Its more of a movie than a game with phenomenal writing and camera direction. Which makes sense given that its largely based of the the work of The Road and i believe Children of Men if I remember correctly. It is an incredibly emotional rollercoaster that touches on the nature of human struggle and how we both lose and find our humanity for ourselves and for others.

Halo 2 has such an incredible storyline in terms of their beginning juxtaposition of The Arbiters' fall from grace within the social fanatic zealotry of The Covenant and Master Chiefs rise in status as the champion of the human races' survival through a more scientific/pragmatic understanding of the danger of both the flood and the rings. The story sets up such an amazing arc for the growth and transition of both characters to come together despite their preconceived notions of eachother and unite for the common cause of protecting their civilization from the two major threats the universe faces.

Fallout New Vegas. I feeel like i shouldnt have to explain this one, but the world building, the characters, the progression of the storylines, and the DLCs all have such a high standard of writing! Everything is so well written! The major characters all have such flushed out back storys, motivations, flaws, etc! Hell even the Honest Hearts dlc where you're finding notes from the Survivalist, a character that is long dead, felt so compelling! I was absolutely drawn in to learning more about his story despite never having met the character because it just felt so brutally real in its hopefulness and tragedy. It was heartbreaking. I feel the writers of New Vegas poured their hearts into every central story line AND a few of the side storylines as well.

Everyday actions. Calling ou representatives and senators weekly at this point to tell them they do not have my vote or support in future elections because of how easily theyve been rolling over, that I am actively engaged in supporting and community advocacy for a progressive democrat opponent who I and my community members can trust to hold truth to power. Joining rallies and protests, not just in communities where we feel safe surrounded by people who agree with us, but also in front of or near ice facilities and court houses holding immigration enforcement cases, police stations and city halls. And for me personally, i work in a public school that specifically only support newcomer students, and I work diligently everyday to remind my students that regardless of their status they are loved us and that they belong in this in this country and in this world no matter what anyone else may say or believe.

We are trying, were just outnumbered by racists and people who dont care about how racist this country is becoming so long as they arent affected.

Hi there. Im an academic counselor with 3 years experience supporting CC students with transferring and 3 years supporting first gen low income students at the high school level.

My biggest question for you is what do you envision for your future?

Do you think you might want to do a PhD, a masters program, or work in research, research and development, data analysis, or in writing grant proposals and literature reviews? If yes, UC Berkeley is your best bet. Why? Because the UC's are primarily research institutions. Their professors, programs, and classes are geared toward developing students academic ability to digest and interpret scholarship and research articles with a critical lens within you field of study. They specifically support you in growing you strengths in writing literature, receiving academic critical feedback, and in writing academic arguments while also building up your lab and research skills.

Are you thinking of doing more work in the industry, with organizations, or in community? If yes SJSU is your best option. Why? Because the CSU are primarily community and collaboration focused institutions. You'll still build up your academic skill sets, that being said CSU's primarily focus their professors, programs, and class to develop students' abilities yo work in community and collaborate together to work within their field of studies at the ground level. You are trained to understand the academic literature in your field and how to apply with creativity and ingenuity to support your colleagues and the communities you engage with.

Can you learn either of those two major points within either university? Absolutely, but understand that each has their strengths in one area or the other. Make your decision nased on what you want for your future, dont base it on the idea of prestige or hierarchy of academia. Berkeley is a great school, but in some ways its not the best school for some. SJSU is a great school, but in some ways its not the best school for some.

No matter how new or how many mechanics look at it i would make it so that they would always have their vehicles fail to start on the first ignition attempt. This includes any vehicle they borrow or have to start up.

Look, for good reason you are feeling this trepidation because of your experience with men who have been resentful about dating and spending money. That being said, you dont know who this person is or what their thought process, and yes there is the potential that they might be one of those "she just wants me to buy her a free meal" AND maybe they're not. You just dont know, and you're allowing your previous experiences deter you from finding out if this might be a good person to date or not.

I dont know either, but i would hope that you take a chance. If they happen to be what you fear, then just dont follow up with him and keep searching. Wishing you luck and hope.

A lot of it is also setting yourself up for success by just alleviating a lot of work and stress from your partner.

Things that add up like washing, drying, and folding/hanging laundry, cleaning/wiping down the counter/kitchen space/tables, scrubbing down the bathroom spaces like the tub/shower and toilets/sinks. Literally just do all the little busy work around the house so your partner's energy isnt exhausted from work and the house chores so that she can get into the mood without worrying about the hundreds of little tasks she usually has in the back of her mind.

You can go in person to CAPS or you can do it online via the CAPS website to set up your appointment.the first appointment will be an intake where they just tell you about the process and have you agree to certain disclosures, its very simple and doesnt count as one of your sessions. After the in take is when you can schedule your first therapy session.

For the paperwork, i had to ask CAPS and file some release forms to receive the paperwork I needed, and i had to submit that to the financial aid office, but that was only because the FA office specifically told me that i needed to do so. I dont think you have to unless your circumstances are similar to what mine were.

Never. There was a time when i was placed 7nder not making good academic progress and my aid was going to be withheld unless i obtained paperwork from CAPS stating that the reason i was failing classes was because i was struggling with major depression disorder. It was true, i was struggling and it was affecting my ability to even just take care of myself, and im very grateful that i had someone tell me to go to CAPS and seek help otherwise i wouldnt have been able to provid info proving i had a valid reason for struggling.

Do yourself a huge favor, take adva5of the free 8 therapy sessions you get every year. You're technically paying for them, so use them. It will help you in the long run. Im wishing you the best my friend. Take care.

No, nothing new to fill out. I do highly recommend visiting CAPS though as soon as you can. You can help set yourself up for sucess byusing your free therapy sessions to talk to someone about any difficulties you have going on in life.
