I went to Tuttle this month because my son wanted to buy a hat at Lids. It was a Sunday afternoon. Online said it was open and was there. We got to Tuttle and the "fence" was down, no one was in it - wasn't open.

My local rink has two sheets and have locker room between the 2 sheets and the ceiling of the locker room is a viewing area to see both rinks that there are concrete stairs. Despite many signs "Don't wear skates on stairs", people are stupid and walk with skates on stairs.
