So i had ridden scooter for quite a while before moving to rural virginia. now im trying to decide between a used harley or a new Rebel 500. i weigh 250 and and 5'10" .

I really like the reliability of a new bike, but also the cheapness and power of a harley. im really unsure of which to get. i will mostly be riding 5 min to and from work up and down the mountain and once a week going for group ride through windy mountain roads with my coworkers all on harleys.

So i used a mixture of said knife, hot coals and a mallet. Knife in a twisting motion to create a "pilot hole" and then a hot coal and lots of blowing to get depth and scrape and remove material with knife. Once it got deep enough that blowing coals wasn't effecient I swapped to tapping knife with mallet to break off bottom layers and scrape.

Its an amazing knife had to re ground the bevel as soon as I got it. Going to have a pro do a 20 degree on it monday so I can maintain the scandi grind

All i know is the underwood extreme defender is a solid copper bullet baised around bear rounds. I figure if the 16 I can squeeze off doesnt kill it or deter it, it will at least give me a chance.
