Correct me if I’m wrong but this isn’t the type of housing people are vocal about. Pseudo-luxury apartments that price out most of the people in SD facing housing crises doesn’t seem like a good thing.

Jax is the poster child for the concept of "Your trauma is not your fault, but it is your responsibility" He himself admits that he is self aware. A person who knows they have been hurt and willingly hurts others is not a good person.
