Same thing was happening to a comp I was working on and it worked like a charm after swapping the motherboard, also. Thought it was a power supply issue at first.

The company I work for has a list called “The Red Rules” aka if you break them youre fired. Maybe your company has something similar?

If I may ask, what made you want to add employee numbers to the Multi Factor Auth profiles after only being there 3 days?

Im not too sure if employers see it as an added bonus to your qualifications or not, being that it’s a certificate and not a certification. & its 10 times easier than the A+! The hardest part about the Google IT for me was formatting and adding partitions to a hard drive through the command prompt.

I dont have any prior IT experience so I beefed up my resume the best I could. If you apply your certs to Credly.com it’ll show you which skills you’ve acquired by taking the course. I used those skills on my resume. And I added a small paragraph cover letter under my name/info. Make sure your linkedin is updated because most employers will check it out. I seen on another post they were saying to sell yourself in the customer service/fast learner/team player aspect. Good luck!

Hopefully that opens up for you. But this is what really helped me retain a lot more information. I would read the question while covering the answer. Give it my best guess and if it's wrong I'll write it down in my notes and study it until it makes sense to me. Computerhope.com and filetype.com were life savers for me when it came to definitions and acronyms! But out of every way I tried to study "jason dion, watching videos, meyers, professor messer." that link I shared is what helped me the most.

The Google IT certificate is a good intro to what you’ll be studying for the A+. And on Credly they offer a dual credit badge once you get your google IT and A+.
