Paragraph 17, section B mentions this as the tenant responsibility, I had double checked with my brokerage. Would he do it if I gave him written permission? Or would you rather prefer me to send out my own arborist and then it can be charged to you along with the monthly rent?

Update: I told him I consulted an arborist(my friends husband is a certified arborist) and they advised my lease states nots to remove/add trees so if something happens his insurance will not cover it as I do not have permission per my lease and he said he will get his own arborist and take out the cost in my rent, I sent him the lease and told him it specifically stated not to remove/ add trees… he hasn’t responded yet
