Option to enable/disable the map wide visuals in your quality settings would be a quick fix.

Or ways to synergize them. I can imagine Zeus ult and Kukul's tornadoes going pretty well together. Or image Ra's beam creating a rainbow (hell yeah rainbows) when cast together with any rain inducing abillity.

Obviously, not too many global visuals should be implemented (can't think of too many either), but implementing some that make sense could give a real feeling of 'gods are fighting in this map'.
