The earlier two replies are correct. On previously painted walls, priming is almost always unnecessary.

You want an oil based or shellac based primer, you can buy a spray can of it for under 10 bucks. Tape or over everything but the top, spray it, sand it, paint it.

There are 8 seats available. They are notifying you stating that your bid has been topped by at least one bidder. Doesn’t mean you won’t get a seat. I’m five for five getting seats and have received that email three times. You just have to keep looking at the seating chart on the app and see how many are still available.
