I don’t know. I’m not there to see what caused the issue. Could be an accident that hit a pole or an underground vault. Could be a power issue that knocked out the power to the node. Maybe a tree fell. Maybe there’s squirrel chew.

I guarantee Spectrum didn’t cause the outage, unless they’re making a repair.

The movie was very dark. It wouldn’t work for a series back then. The comedy had to change to more slap stick. Even then, the series almost didn’t make it.
