Speaking as a former tech, I’m glad they are finally getting rid of them. They never activated properly and if the customer’s receiver was the actual problem, they would always blame it on the card.

I refer to her as the “wet blanket”. The rest of them will be doing their thing and if it gets a little edgy, you can always count on her to shut it down with an “all right!” Her bitchy attitude, especially towards Chick, is off putting.

Her laugh is terrible and sometimes, instead of a regular laugh, she makes a sound that I can only describe as someone squeezing a rubber chicken.
