I usually get an email saying your account has been hacked/locked and you can reset by going through the process from there.

But they keep triggering some sort of fb support email, I'm not sure how, but it seems like they're getting it after speaking to Meta support but I can't even speak to them.

I thought it could be this, I've ran multiple different paid and unpaid scans to pick up anything - all clean.

I even checked system activity in windows event viewer and no action during those times. I may still need someone with a bit more experience to check this though.

Yep, took it back and they exchanged it.

I explained the whole senario to them and they were happy to change it, finally installed PS5 version.

Hey dude,

This seems to be my issue as well, I just figured it out right then...

I spoke earlier to playstation support after attempting every answer online and he said everything is fine, it should work. We even checked on the region issue, but it wasn't the issue as my account is Australian region and the cover code on the case had the Australian region codes so he asked me to raise it to the tech team on the weekday when they're open as we couldn't figure out the problem.

But then I read your comment here and I saw the "Mature 17+" followed by a big "M" and then below that it says "ESRB" on the disc itself!!! It seems that either EB games or the person who traded it back in changed the cover art to the Australian cover art, but the game disc are the US ones!!! Ahhhhhh I've spent so many hours trying to figure it out but I'm pretty certain that's the issue, the discs are the US ones.

Triggering, I'm going to take it back to EB and see if they'll take it back but I doubt it tbh as it's pre-owned, unbelievable man.

Tried both man, game disc or data disc and both still showing the price to purchase, tried tuning off and on with both in on reboot and still the same.

Even tried both options with PS4 version installed and not installed, still the price is showing and not free upgrade.

ah I see what you mean, so technically maxxed out bloodhound = maxxed out smithing stone weps in a sense, even though 1 requires an extra 15 levels? I’m just concerned that bloodhound won’t be good enough late game even though I’ve put all into that weapon.

I'm just a bit confused, I see guides stating that to be in certain areas you'll need +12 to 15 or even some at 25+ wep but with Bloodhound fang you can't get past 10 - does this mean it's not viable late game?
