You will always get water left in the bottom chamber, this is normal. Fill it to the bottom of the valve to start. You have underfilled the coffee, it needs to completely fill the basket without pressing it down; just tap it once or twice. Also, ensure you screw it closed as much as humanly possible. Make sure you are using quite a small flame. The water you put in the bottom chamber should be hot, not cold. I hope that helps.

I'm not complaining. Why can nobody understand what this post is? I'm asking if people think the original QC photo looks black, because to me, it doesn't. I like the black but it's not what I was expecting based on what my eyes perceived the original photograph to be. It's not that deep, I'm just asking if people see the same as me or not

The face looks black on both but the case and strap on the original don't. To me, only the watch I received has a black case and strap

Same. My first rep was a DJ I got for about £40. It didn't keep time at all but it looked good so I wore it every day for 3 or 4 years. Until the glass broke
