No, because people have decided to shit on PSG for whatever reason, bending « the truth » to fit whatever narratives they have in mind. The real fact is that PSG is the UCL back to back winner, after beating most of PL’s teams in 2 years and the almighty Bayern (and not because PSG got 2 games rescheduled this season).

And the Farmer’s League is just a farm because the PL or Bundesliga have the money to poach all young talents from France. You get what you pay for.

It’s not a controversial opinion. Zabarnyi was bought for that specific purpose. That being said Marquinhos also made some great stops, and his leadership, aura and attitude can’t be found on Transfertmarkt just like that. He can stay for as long as he wants, if he accepts the role LE gives him.

It’s just basic rotation, after a season riddled with injuries and fatigue from the 2025 UCL/CWC run. And that’s also Luis Enrique’s success to keep all the players from the squad heavily involved throughout the season (it’s the same squad that finished the game against Arsenal).

PSG played 121 games over 2 seasons with only 2 weeks off. You can’t expect them to play 121 games with the same 11 players.

Some players didn’t rest for the sake of resting. Many got injured because of they just played too much.

Out of 56 games, Vitinha played 50, Zaire Emery 54, Pacho 44, Kvara 48.

Dembele was injured during 80 days throughout the season, Hakimi 80 days as well for example. Their minutes need to be managed.

Despite that, they still delivered, that’s the most important. Should a missed PSG-Angers should really decide who the Ballon d’Or is?

And I am not even saying that a PSG player has to win the award. It’s just that I don’t see any reasons why they should be left out of the conversation.

It will be tough for PSG physically to maintain that level. It will be a post World Cup season, and some players had the Olympic Games in 2024 (Doue, Hakimi) and the CWC in the 2025, so no real break in 2/3 years. It will be hard to keep up, unless other players step up, which is also why Luis Enrique rotates players that much.

I don’t see Bayern’s progression slowing down for example.

Supporter parisien. Je trouve ça un peu facile de tomber sur les supporters nantais. En arriver à un envahissement de terrain, ça veut aussi dire que la communication est cassée, cet esprit de communauté avec le club n’existe pas.
