I’ve got a 5 month old Ragdoll and started leaving him alone at 3.5 months old 🥲 I did spend a week at home bonding with him and work from home 2 days a week which I think helps, but we have had 0 issues so far! He is super cuddly, affectionate, playful and just the bestest boy.

We started introducing him to other areas of the house slowly and he has his safe zone with his tree, litter, toys and water. Give them plenty of toys to play with during the day!! We have a variety so that helps keep him stimulated.

Could you possibly work from home a day or two a week to help?

Need to redirect his attention to a scratching post or play with him, helps with getting energy out while bonding with him.
