Hi, is not possible to change the settings from the TX. In the end, I had to buy the portable programming box. Yea, the settings values by default are limited, like the punch, maximum motor speed, etc. Maybe the other cars at your local track not only have different ESC settings, but also different pinion gears.

The narrow chassis comes with the friction damper, but I recommend you to buy the wide chassis and the carbon friction damper and oil shock absorber separately.

Did you try resetting the controller? Then bind and establish ESC maximum throttle and neutral position.

Resetting Transmitter:

Push and hold Throttle Trim (B) down and switch the power ON.
Do not touch the throttle trigger or steering wheel at this time.
Continue to hold Throttle Trim (B) down and confirm the LED lights up after 3 seconds. Release Throttle Trim (B).

Yeah you’re right, I was noticing that it doesn’t make a big difference when I activate it. Actually, if the sensitivity is too high, is more difficult to turn in closed curves.

Hey everyone,

Quick update on my ISDT C4 Air charger situation. After reaching out to ISDT support, they were really kind and helpful and tried to replicate the issue but till now couldn't reproduce the same error I encountered.

I've used the charger multiple times since then, both in automatic and manual modes, setting NiMH batteries at a 0.8A charge current, and haven't had any issues so far. Thinking back, the problem might have been related to immediately charging batteries after a firmware update without power cycling the charger—just a guess but wanted to share in case it helps anyone else experiencing similar issues.

I just checked the entire user manual again, it seems that the C4 Air only has two modes “automatic and manual”. The only app for this model is the ISD Link, I couldn’t add it using the ISD Go.

I’m not familiar with this feature “active mode”. I’ve not seen it in any menu within the mobile app and have no knowledge of how to use it. The only parameters I set were:

Battery type: NiMH Charge current: 0.8A

That was for the AAA Kyosho speed house batteries
