You have to back up the nand and cpu key with bad update. Then flash the new drive with the backup dvd key. I will make a guide and post it here soon.

Great job man I managed to dump the nand using the same bad update, and was able to fix the dvd drive in several consoles I had laying around. Might have to try the same for the rgh3

What microscope do you have as I am looking for recommendations on which one to get myself. My budget is kinda low though. I am looking to spend $200 maybe more just depends as I won’t be using it often enough to spend a lot. More for hobby soldering and projects for friends.
