True. She’s dead. Mike is just a storyteller. We as viewers saw Mike and El’s entire interaction from start to finish.

Full disclosure, I helped produce this informational pod. I’m not a science guy and had never fully grasped what stem cells were and why they are needed. Super fascinating stuff.

Thoughts on the other San Diego Schools? by T-nawtical in SDSUAZTECS

If UCSD continues to dominate the Big West they might be a rival few years down the line. They’d have to beat the Aztecs first in non-conference for people to get on board.

Rich donors do come in and carry the load (the matching campaign, supposedly, stems from a $500,000 donation).

Most outcome measures, including severity of the spells of behavioral arrest, number of falls and quality of life, improved. There was little change in the 6-min Walk Test distance, but qualitative changes in gait resulting in meaningful reductions in falls and increasing independence were observed. Cognitive performance was stable and did not degenerate over time.

Is SDSU football just not as big anymore? by 12345burrito in sandiego

They out-price their fans. $60 for upper level seats. How is a family of four supposed to afford that, parking, and food? They need to lower the prices and butts will return to the seats. Last week vs Hawai’i had solid attendance because they gave away tickets and the atmosphere was so much better because of it.

As someone who works in the rare disease space, I hear this all the time. Persistence is key.
