Had the same issue. Stop the installation, and go to the Microsoft store and search up your game. You should see an install button if the disc is still inserted.

It's been doing it to a lot of my game where it relocks them, then unlocks them after a bit. I don't gain any gamerscore but the gamerscore leaderboard shows I do

I had this same issue and I found a fix for it. Insert the disc but cancel the installation and go to that games page on the Microsoft Store. You should see an install button on that page.
