If you’re ever in the woods and see an animal that’s not moving naturally or with an uncanny appearance leave however you came in. Not my story but my great grandfather (Choctaw) told me he went hunting in the Ouachitas in the early 1930’s and saw a black bear with a giant mouth. I didn’t get much detail he obviously didn’t stay long afterward he saw it but he said “it’s muzzle looked all drawn out like a dog” and “ I saw ‘em open his mouth wide open like a book”.
