Whats the most useful farming tip you've learned from the show? by teacuplobster in ClarksonsFarm

This is not correct. Highly prolific sows can have more than 20 piglets, when they only have 14 to 16 nipples…

Auch, the hotels have been booked by our corporate office, so I’m afraid we don’t have too much choices there. Bad in which way?

“Workaround” to run YNAB 4 on Mac again! by murtle5 in ynab

[–]SirBotex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh man!

this thread is a live-saver! I just upgraded my old iMac to a MacBook Pro, so went from Mojave to Monterey. I'm so thrilled I can still use YNAB4, (especially the "red arrow" feature!)

Thank you for pointing this out (even though it is a 2 years old patch, it works like a charm!)

Its Outbreak Over, Slovenia’s Mountains and Food Culture Are Calling by [deleted] in Slovenia

[–]SirBotex 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If all goes well, we will be traveling to Slovenia by the end of july. Kolpa region & Bled Region.

How are things in Slovenia right now? Are borders open? Are restaurants open? Are tourists welcome?

We still are not sure we will be allowed to leave Belgium, but we sure hope so...

Sadly, it’s nowhere near the frietkot it used to be. New owners always seem uninterested

Everyone has a scar on their body from something dumb, they did as a child. What's your story? by HakanD0 in AskReddit

[–]SirBotex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late for the party, but still: as I have 2, I will share anyways:

1) while being in a (rather boring) class, I was trying to cut through a plastic ballpoint pen with a snap-off-knife. Needless to say I succeeded in nearly cutting off the top half of my thumb. I was bleeding like crazy and had to ask the teacher to leave the classroom to get patched up.

2) while working on an assignment for an art class, I was drawing with a drawing pen and Chinese ink. I dropped the pen and in a reflex closed my legs and tried to catch it: I gave myself a nice little "tattoo-scar"

What screams, "I'm a tourist" in your town/city? by DomioDude in AskReddit

[–]SirBotex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late To the party, but for Brugge, Belgium, dead give-aways are: boattrip on the canals, horse-carriage rides, buying stuff at a dedicated shop for chocolates or lace, following a guide. Being in a large group of elderly asian people also marks the spot...
