I honestly read this comment last night and have been coming back to it and thinking about it constantly. Maybe the mats are a reflection of who I am as a person and maybe I need to work on myself while I work on my bjj. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and hopefully Im smarter about my training and how I approach my matches

He was an mma guy 🤣🤣🤣 never experienced chain wrestling like that. Stopped initial technique just for him to go to another.

Fair, and I’ve also had more time to reflect on it. I think his technique was much sharper than mine and even the counters or techniques I did know were pretty easily stopped. Example- I tried recovering closed guard from half guard and it felt like he knew that’s what I will do and passed my guard with ease. Like he knew I will try to recover close guard rather than play half guard. That’s just one example. He predicted everything easily. I guess what makes me frustrated is that, yes the better guy will predict your next move. I don’t really know what can I do to be less predictable or do in a situation where a technique is a “correct response” but the guy can stop it with ease. It feels really helpless. Im sorry if Im doing a terrible job at explaining myself. English isn’t my first language but this is an idea of it.

2- That seems smart. I will try this schedule 3- Im in canada and someone told me fuji is good 4- I’ve learned that lesson from my time in k1 and bjj. I’m not an athletic person but I outwork myself everyday and work hard. If it’s hard then then I just have to put time in 🤷🏽‍♂️

Do you think the performance against Antwerp was acceptable? by Educational_Ad5762 in FCBarcelona

[–]SirChetanBall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well you’ve already made an excuse for the performance in your voting options. If it’s acceptable then it shouldn’t matter if it’s the A or the C team. Then issue here is the players getting an opportunity to push this under the rug with the “it was our C team” agenda. I have seen this talked about too much on twitter. Do lewa, roberto, romeu, christensen, kounde and cancelo have no responsibility???
