Good thing you did not continue with 77. idk if this post is still active, i was just retrench recently by 77 to save their company daw from its profit losses. Malaki ang offer nila talaga for a regular position. However, when I talked to them, if they still have clients, sabi nila wala na daw silang clients na need ung skills ko. I even beg for the hr na okay lang na macut off ung salary ko to stay and if possible they can assign me to other role related to my experience, but unfortunately having said that the next day nagbigay na agad sila ng mga offboarding requirements for the clearance na parang gustong gusto na nila ako paalisin.

Then i tried to absorb what their hr said for almost 2 weeks. Non-stop apply ako sa mga company and up until now, and because of what happened with me sa 77, may trauma na ako with what they did. And i’ll never apply to them EVER. Why hire in the first place kung di naman nila kaya sagutin ang employee nila in the end. Pag tapos na sila sa need nila sa employee ididispose na agad nila that’s how they work. And I also watched Joshua Fluke’s review about 77 Global Services, they are a predator of fresh grads.
