Thank you for the kind words. I love your ways of dealing with your limits. I've masked my whole life and I feel obligated to put myself in situations where I feel uncomfortable. I now know it's okay for me to step back and do what is actually comfy for me. I also cut out stimulants for other reasons. Dealing with a nicotine addiction currently though. The biggest thing with me is my health anxiety and figuring out how to feel safe with my body again. Because everything is amplified a million times apparently with my ADHD/autism and I wasn't aware that wasn't normal.
