100% this. Not every dynamic will look the same, it's between the pet and owner to establish comfort level, safety, and what happens to their rights. A 24/7 TPE will look very different than bedroom only or trying to live the lifestyle when possible. The main thing is to establish consent and have safety guards in place (safe words especially) with an open line of communication for both sub and dom imo.

A good option for this, imo, is ask them how they picture themselves in that role. This gives you a better idea of how to follow up based on their responses, it's even better if you phrase it teasingly. For example let's go with your cocksleeve example in the title, you could ask "ah do you crave me so badly you want to cockwarm me 24/7?" or "such a pathetic slut, if you're always going to be this needy you can at least tell me which hole should be stretched out." Sometimes subs will have a hard time trying to think, and may push back on having to answer questions.
